Terms of Service

Eligibility and photo permission

Use this service only if you are at least 18 and can enter a binding agreement. Upload only your own photos or photos of adults who have expressly authorized this use. You must also have rights to uploaded backgrounds and other materials. Keep your account secure and do not share access or exploit free-credit offers.

Prohibited content and conduct (NSFW)

Do not upload, request, generate or distribute nudity, pornography, sexually explicit or fetish content, sexual services, or any sexual content involving minors. Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, exploitation, harassment, hate, graphic violence and illegal content are prohibited. Do not impersonate someone, forge credentials or identity documents, commit fraud, infringe rights or bypass safety restrictions. These rules apply to photos, backgrounds and written prompts.

AI results and permitted use

Results are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies. Review likeness, clothing and details before publishing. You may use lawful outputs for personal and business profiles, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. We do not promise a particular appearance, hiring outcome or acceptance for official identity documents. You retain your rights in uploaded materials and grant us permission to process them only as needed to provide and secure the service.

Purchases, enforcement and consumer rights

Prices and credit quantities are shown before checkout in USD. Purchases do not renew automatically. Paid credits expire after 365 days, and failed generations return the affected credits. We may reject prohibited requests or restrict accounts involved in abuse, and handle unlawful content as required by law. Refund requests follow our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material updates will be reflected in the published policy.

Stripe payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe through its secure checkout. Available payment methods and the total amount in USD are shown before you confirm payment. You authorize the displayed one-time charge; there is no automatic renewal. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. Stripe may perform payment authentication and fraud checks under its terms and privacy policy. AIHeadshotNow remains responsible for service delivery and support. For serious technical faults, request a refund under our Refund Policy at support@aiheadshotnow.com; Stripe does not decide our refund eligibility.
