Information we process

We process your Google account identity, reference photos, custom background images, generation instructions, generated photos, orders and credit activity. Necessary cookies support sign-in, language choice and registration attribution. We use this information to provide the service, deliver purchases, prevent abuse and respond to support requests.

Photo handling and retention

Reference photos and custom backgrounds are sent to the image-processing providers needed to fulfill your request. Server-side reference files are temporarily encrypted for processing and deleted after processing finishes. Generated photos are automatically deleted after 15 days; you can delete them earlier in My photos. Download copies you want to keep. Local browser previews may remain on your device until cleared.

No training on your photos

Your uploaded photos, custom backgrounds and the headshots generated from them are used only to produce the images you request. We never use them to train our own models, we do not use them to fine-tune or improve anyone else's model, and we do not sell or share them for training. Image-processing providers receive your photos only to fulfil that request. Deleting photos in My photos or closing your account removes them as described above.

Payments and service providers

Stripe handles payment details through its checkout. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes. We retain order identifiers, payment status and credit records to fulfill purchases, handle refunds and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Google, Stripe, hosting and image-processing providers may process data in other countries under their own terms and privacy policies.

Your choices and requests

Email support@aiheadshotnow.com to request access, correction, deletion or account closure, or report a privacy concern. We may verify account ownership first. Records needed for legal, fraud-prevention or payment-dispute purposes may be retained where required. Security measures reduce risk, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
